Canon Ring Flash For 580 Need Speedlite/flash For My Canon 40d. Which One Should I Choose Out Of The Following Two Options?

Need speedlite/flash for my Canon 40d. Which one should I choose out of the following two options? - canon ring flash for 580

I have a 580EX II uses a type of bet would be $ 275.00 for a brand new 430 EX II at Best Buy for $ 269.99 + taxes. The Used 580 EX is about 2 years old and in good condition, not perfect condition. I began taking pictures for a flash card or another does not really sound in my head! What would be the obvious benefits of 580 to 430, and uses I need an external Speedlite flash? Thanks

I use a 580EX II on my 40D. When the 580EX II is in good condition (strobe was not cooked, no signs of abuse and is) fully operational over. The 580EX II is stronger, faster cycle times, his work as a controller for wireless flash control for flash, a shoe provides more secure and weather sealing, not the (not present on the 430EX II that I recommend buying one of them wet).

Again on the assumption that the 580EX II will not be misused and is in good condition apart from some sort of minor defect, the 580EX II is clearly the best choice. You should also ask if you still have the original box and warranty card ... If so, is to acquire a final. I watched the 430EX II, but said it was not as flexible when it is like lightning OT 580EX II and the additional coverage / power bounce 580EX II useful for several events in low light conditions. Say yes, there is nothing that the 430EX II 580EX II can do, is not better, longer, stronger and faster.
